To all our dear customers and friends,

on 10th February 1989 we started up our exciting new journey with the little corner shop on the much quieter street of Davitts Terrace. After 26 wonderful years of banter, gossip and laughs, we regret to inform you that this weekend is our very last time on the street.

There have been too many delightful / dramatic stories and tales to share, and some of the greatest characters of Castlebar and beyond have entered our doors, it would be unjust to choose our favourites. However, to each and every one of you, customers, staff and suppliers alike, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

You accepted us into your community, endlessly supporting us with your custom and kindness. It has been our pleasure to have served you, we will miss the shop awfully and those who graced it. At least we can say we did it our way! Excuse health and safety for a moment, but "Oh to have been a fly on the wall"! We lived a life and a half between those four walls, and saw so many changes, but now it's our turn...

The corner shop will continue under new management and we invite you to continue your great support in the future,

World's Largest Ball of Clear Tape

Hi all, our Bryan is working with MIA and a number of asylum seekers living in Direct Provision to create the largest ball of cellotape in the world and entering the Guinness Book of Records. Please support them and give their page a like. Thank you.

We are attempting to create the worlds largest ball of cellophane tape. So, let's get the ball rolling!!!
