This is the fifth custom notebook order from my customer in the Philippines. And the timing between each order was so close—when the first one arrived, he immediately placed the next one. Then it happened again with the second, and so on.
I'm incredibly grateful to have such a loyal customer from overseas. Just thinking that my handmade notebooks are loved and useful to someone from a different country, language, and culture—it’s honestly mind-blowing.

Got a message on WhatsApp from a customer asking for a regular size traveler’s notebook with natural cut flap. I usually don’t take custom orders like that because of material limitations.

But after chatting a bit, I realized—she’s been a loyal customer since 2020! She actually owns all sizes of our traveler’s notebooks 😭❤️ Thank you so much!

She told me she loves our work because it has character—both in the materials and the craftsmanship. Normally, she buys through one of our e-commerce stores, but since we haven’t updated there in a while, she decided to reach out directly.
