[Amarone傳奇: Masi 的時光之旅]

意大利傳奇Masi Group，一間以Amarone聞名於世的酒莊。今次我們將會一同品嘗9款Masi 旗下的經典老酒：
- 1970 年代的陳年珍品
- 罕見的單一葡萄園，只在絕佳年份才會出品的酒：Campolongo di Torbe 與Mazzano
- 同屬Masi 旗下，來自詩人但丁家族的 Serego Alighieri 旗艦酒 “Vaio Armaron”

黎緊26/10 我打算搞一場wine dinner，比較世界各地嘅Pinot Noir (PN) 🍷黎自瑞士嘅Gantenbein 被唔少飲家、酒商稱為「瑞士DRC」，除左因為高品質外，亦有傳當初DRC 曾將木桶送過俾佢釀酒。不過，無論點，呢間莊都係瑞士頂尖酒莊之一，係值得期待嘅酒莊黎。

為此，今次呢個局除左有瑞士，當然唔少得係以PN 葡萄名動世界嘅Burgundy，亦有香檳區、Jura、普羅旺斯、意大利、德國、美國嘅PN 酒，大家一齊比較，睇下邊一支可以力壓群雄。

為左可以公平進行，到時我會將酒蒙瓶，同埋提供品飲紙，大家可以寫低自己評價，估下酒😂

On 26/10, we are going to have a wine dinner to compare Pinot Noir (PN) from all over the world 🍷 Gantenbein from Switzerland is known as “Swiss DRC” by many drinkers and vintners, not only because of its high quality, but also because of the rumor that the DRC once sent barrels to it for winemaking. However, no matter what, this is one of the top wineries in Switzerland and one to look forward to.

For this reason, in this round, apart from Switzerland, of course, Burgundy, which is famous for its PN grapes in the world, there will also be PN wines from Champagne, Jura, Provence, Italy, Germany and the United States, so let’s compare them and see which one of them will be able to beat the others.

To be fair, we will put the bottles of wine in the bottle and provide tasting paper, so you can write down your own evaluation and assess the wine. 😂

［山家清 🍽️x F***y Sabre🍷]

話說早前有朋友介紹咗銅鑼灣一間隱世高級私房菜——山家清🌝 抱住好奇嘅心態就跟着呢位朋友去探店，結果去到令人驚喜，由裝修到菜式都充滿精緻感但唔浮華。👍🏻 事後好多人都嚟問呢間餐廳咩名、喺邊、點book位。既然咁多人問，不如試吓喺呢度搞一個飯局🥰

咁食飯有菜冇酒就好似爭咁啲嘢，所以今次我地會再度品嚐F***y Sabre@🍷😍 試下一間唔似natural wine 嘅natural wine 酒莊，同中菜夾起上嚟有咩驚喜效果。🤩 （今次我哋仲拎咗啲2010s 嘅酒，出面搵唔到的）

［入門VR 局🍷］ 半年前我地搞過一次Burgundy Vosne Romanee 嘅wine dinner，上次反應好熱烈，一推出就滿左🙇🏻‍♂️ 於是決定搞多一次。VR 地區嘅酒除左出名優雅之外，就係出名貴，不過講真，又唔係一定貴到上天嘅 😂 依然有好多高質嘅VR 酒價格係相對親民好多，今次就係用相宜價錢去一窺VR 世界嘅機會。🥰

而今次我地唔食中菜，轉食🇫🇷法式料理，挑選左一家老字號法式私房菜🍽️ Le Monde d’Ulysse🤩 主廚夏耀文先生旅居法國十餘年，料理經驗豐富，係香港亦有口皆碑🤤 今次就黎一次法餐配法國wine 嘅經典pairing🥰

Lovely 🥰

It is very persuasive why 1 bottle of magnum wine is more expensive than 2 bottles of wine with 750ml format. The conditions of 5 back vintage wines which are from 1970s to 1990s are so good. They show very good ageing potential that no one has gone past its peak.

Hope we can have another chance to organise magnum wine tasting 🍷
