Premier Cru is a French Wine Library located in Hong Kong specializing in the Rhone Valley and Burgundy regions. The library showcases the industries rising stars wine producers as well as established French vineyards. The library offers a list of wines that were carefully chosen by the owner, Martin Perino. Christophe Bonno, a well-known French sommelier who has lived in Hong Kong for 20 years, and Pierre-André Desbois, a wine lover with solid experience, complete the team. Altogether they know the different personalities of every single bottle. They will guide you through their particularities to ensure you enjoy every single sip. Premier Cru 是一間專門售賣種植於羅納河谷和勃艮第葡萄酒的法國酒庫。酒庫主要陣列釀酒介的釀酒師新星。也有傳統葡萄園的葡萄酒。酒庫提供一系列由老闆Martin Perino特別挑選的葡萄酒。老闆Martin和在港超過20年的知名法國調酒師Christophe Bonno, 加上Pierre-André Desbois，富經驗又熱愛嘗酒，建立了1支專業團隊。他們都清楚知道每一支葡萄酒的來源、生產過程以及背後的故事。他們會確保客人品嚐到的每一口也能感受到固中的獨特性。
