一講到惣譽同秋酒，好自然會諗起佢地嘅生酛，佢地當然有生酛秋酒啦😍經過一個夏天熟成嘅生酛特別純米，有山田錦嘅豐厚感同生酛嘅乳酸感，入口算係幾輕快🥰

另一款就係一年四季以唔同形態出現嘅栃木五百万石純米大吟釀，秋天當然係蔵內熟成一個夏天嘅秋酒版本啦😏除左吟釀香仲多左圓潤口感，味道更沈實。

同甘酸平衡嘅ALPHA 1完全對立嘅ALPHA 1 DRY，上年為止，因為發酵過程生成好多酸，所以偏向辛口再加上高酸嘅感覺，而今年將酸味壓低，帶出更純粹嘅辛口感。

兩款入荷😎

龍勢近年轉為全量生酛，而且好積極研究蔵付酵母，所以香氣同味道上更複雜、口感都好豐厚😍今次有山田錦釀造嘅「日日綽綽」，酸感明顯；另一款用廣島縣酒米八反35號嘅原型精米釀造，香氣比較沉穩，凍飲酸感同旨味柔和，回溫後出返甜感而且口感圓潤。🤤

HIZIRIZM系列酒款，以精米步合50%嘅酒米，經過瓶內二次發酵嘅低酒精清酒。「渡船50」相對比較豐富嘅吟釀香，甘酸感強，後段爽快；「山田錦50」偏向完熟果香，口感同甜感更豐厚，米旨味濃郁，後段帶微澀感，整體更立體。
