低溫熟成非常適合精米比較多的酒款，今次唔少premium。 一齊感受下咩叫 “Deep” 嘅感覺。

認真講一句，熟成真係唔係只有菇水味，試下10幾年冰點以下純米大吟釀嘅滋味，仲有難得一見嘅2006年sparkling ，呢個可能係你入坑嘅活動。仲要お燗部分酒俾大家。

製造知名燒酎「寶山」系列嘅西酒造除左燒酎之外，蔵主經過大學前輩 - 「十四代」高木酒造蔵主高木顯統嘅支持同技術指導而推出清酒銘柄「天賦」，成為一時佳話。

呢款純米吟釀係酒造定番酒款，以食中酒為目標，將「甘甜、辛口、酸爽、苦韻、澀味」融為一體，呈現出和諧而且無縫銜接嘅口感，專為佐餐而存在嘅食中酒。
