Drawing from his scientific background and passion for regenerative farming, JB will discuss the challenges of conventional winemaking: monocultures, chemical usage, and ecosystem disruption, how organic, biodynamic, and regenerative viticulture rebuild soil health, foster natural pest management, and express true terroir and real-world examples of vineyards embracing biodiversity and the tangible benefits to land, grapes, and wine quality.
