Summer is here, and we've handpicked a selection of fresh, crisp, and vibrant wines perfect for junk boats, picnics, beach days, and every sunny moment in between. From refreshing rosés to lively whites and easy-drinking reds, these bottles are made for long days and warm nights.

Over two evenings, we'll be pouring our favourite summer wines — each one chosen for its drinkability, character, and pure joy. Each ticket also includes a chance to explore our full summer selection in-store, featuring organic and low-intervention producers from Bordeaux, Alsace, Beaujolais, Cahors, and the Côtes-du-Rhône.

Welcome to Saint-Julien, where a five-hectare family estate sits nestled among Bordeaux's most prestigious classified growths. Château Moulin de la Rose benefits from exceptional gravelly soils that define the appellation's finest terroirs—offering excellent drainage and the ideal conditions for producing wines of remarkable depth and structure.

Jean-François Delon leads the estate his father Guy acquired in 1971, working alongside his sister Guylène to preserve their family's winemaking legacy. With a firm commitment to respecting their terroir, Jean-François is now passing down this knowledge to the next generation, ensuring the estate's traditions continue for years to come.

Join us for an exclusive evening with two of our long-time partners — Jan Thienpont and Delphine Devine — as they share their craft, stories, and latest vintages in person.

Jan represents the legendary Thienpont dynasty, known for iconic Bordeaux estates across the Right Bank. He'll walk us through his clay and limestone terroir in appellations like Côtes-de-Castillon and Côtes-de-Francs, blending tradition with modern precision.

Delphine brings the spirit of Domaine les 4 Vents from Crozes-Hermitage in the Côtes-du-Rhône Valley — her first visit to Hong Kong! Expect expertise, anecdotes, and exceptional wines from one of the region's most respected estates.

🎨 Join us for Art Across Boundaries — a four-day contemporary art exhibition in support of Children of the Mekong.

We're proud to partner once again with Children of the Mekong, an NGO dedicated to improving children's access to education across Southeast Asia. Through sponsorships, educational programs, and infrastructure projects, they empower underprivileged youth and break the cycle of poverty.

This exhibition brings together contemporary artists in a celebration of creativity and purpose. All proceeds will support education programs in the Philippines — including preschools in the Inayawan dump sites of Cebu and university students at their Cebu center.

Child sponsorship starts at just HKD 320 per month, covering school materials, uniforms, transportation, extra classes, and hygiene kits — helping entire families thrive.

French Gourmay is back, and this year we're turning the spotlight on Savoie — one of France's most captivating and lesser-known wine regions, nestled in the heart of the French Alps. Known for its crisp whites made from Jacquère and Altesse, characterful reds from the Mondeuse grape, and world-renowned cow's milk cheeses, Savoie is a region that truly rewards exploration.

Over two days, we'll be pairing three iconic Savoie cheeses with a curated selection of Savoie wines.
Each ticket also includes a HKD 50 coupon to spend in-store on the day.
