Siracusa is located in the southeast corner of Sicily and has a history of more than 2,700 years. This region with a deep ancient Greek and Roman culture naturally has a rich w**e culture. The Mediterranean climate has an average temperature of 25 degrees all year round. The soil includes clay, limestone, volcanic ash and calcium soil. The natural conditions and geographical environment are very suitable for w**emaking.

Sicily has many interesting grape varieties. When talking about Siracusa, it must be Moscato bianco di Siracusa. This grape variety has been planted on this soil for more than 2,500 years. And the locals make this white grape into different styles of w**e. There are dry white, semi-sweet, sweet and sparkling w**es.

The vines are 20 to 40 years old and have their roots on mixed soil, lapillo, turece and clay. The grapes are harvested at the beginning of October and ferment in steel with indigenous yeasts and a maceration on the peels that was born with a desire to explore a different physiognomy of the classic business white. Domaine Eden is a nearby mountaintop w**e estate Mount Eden purchased in 2007 . It was founded and built by the late Tom Mudd in 1983 and modeled after Mount Eden. Mudd initially planted the Mount Eden clonal selections of Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon , which evolved to include Pinot Noir from various Dijon and Californian selections.

This property inspired a new w**e brand , Domaine Eden which focuses on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from this special site and Bordeaux varieties from Mount Eden’s larger home , the Santa Cruz Mountains.
