講起菩提酛，發源地一定係奈良縣，但近代將菩提酛復興嘅係「御前酒」嘅辻本店，1980年代由前杜氏原田巧將傳統菩提酛造法改良並適合御前酒嘅釀造方式，將菩提酛復活。2007年由辻麻衣子接手釀造，成為岡山縣第一位女杜氏。

近年除左菩提酛，亦都致力使用地元最有名嘅雄町釀造。今次酒元帶左幾款御前酒嘅菩提酛作品，可以同奈良縣嘅菩提酛比較下😚

源於蔵元呢七、八年嚟一直用山尾先生買平時嘅食用米開始。當時想搵對環境友善、比較環保嘅農家買米，經朋友介紹之後，蔵元每年都會去山尾先生倉庫一次過買一整年份量嘅食用米。
受山尾先生對農業同持續性嘅想法而感動，蔵元拜託山尾先生栽培秋津穗而山尾先生一口應承，而家由兩父女一齊喺下八釣町栽培秋津穗。今次呢款係單一用山尾先生嘅無農藥無化肥秋津穗釀造嘅「657」，極具通透感，建議可以同其他風之森露葉風比較😉
