This cult classic is from one of Italyโs most uncompromising traditionalists. Founded in 1964 and farmed biodynamically for decades, the Pepe estate still harvests by hand, foot treads the fruit, ferments with native yeasts, and ages the wine in cement โ no barrique, no shortcuts. The family even re releases perfectly stored older vintages from their own cellar, proving just how age worthy Trebbiano can be.
