Christophe Bonno, a well-known French sommelier who has lived in Hong Kong for 20 years, and Pierre-André Desbois, a wine lover with solid experience, complete the team. Altogether they know the different personalities of every single bottle. They will guide you through their particularities to ensure you enjoy every single sip.
