這個位於Southern Stellenbosch Lower Helderberg的小酒莊是第七代釀酒師Bernhard Bredell的熱情之作。2016年創立，酒莊名字融合「scion」（幼苗或後代🌱）與「Sinai」(指的是Bredell家族160多年來種植灌木葡萄藤的Sinai Hill⛰)。Bernhard致力於守護這些老藤，釀造展現獨特風土的葡萄酒，年產量不到900箱，相當稀少。

Scions of Sinai專注於有機、低干預的釀酒工藝，主打隆河品種🍇（Syrah、Grenache Blanc、Cinsaut）、Pinotage，以及Chenin Blanc和Roussanne的混釀。葡萄園位於dry-farmed的花崗岩土壤，距離福爾斯灣（False Bay）僅3.5公里，🌀涼爽的海風賦予清新純淨的風味、細膩口感，單寧緊實，與Stellenbosch較濃郁的風格截然不同。Bernhard採用天然酵母自然發酵，使用微量二氧化硫，並以舊法國橡木桶或混凝土容器陳釀，保留葡萄園的純粹特色。

This boutique Lower Helderberg winery from Southern Stellenbosch is the passion of 7th-generation winemaker Bernhard Bredell. Founded in 2016, its name blends “scion” (young vine or descendant🌱) and “Sinai” (the hill where his family has farmed bush vines for over 160 years⛰). Bernhard preserves these old vines while crafting terroir-driven wines. Producing under 900 cases annually, his wines are rare treasures.

Scions of Sinai focuses on organic, minimal-intervention winemaking, emphasizing Rhone varietals🍇 (Syrah, Grenache Blanc, Cinsaut) and Pinotage, alongside Chenin Blanc & Roussanne in blends. The vineyards, rooted in dry-farmed granite soils, benefit from cooling maritime influence of False Bay🌀, just 3.5km away. This results in wines with vibrant purity, finesse, and tight, grainy tannins, distinct from the more opulent Stellenbosch styles. Bernhard’s philosophy is to guide rather than manipulate, using natural fermentations with wild yeasts, no additives except minimal sulphur, and aging in older French oak or concrete to preserve the vineyard’s character.

Located near Chablis, Irancy has been Paris’ best kept secret🤫, a shadowy supplier whisking away the bulk of its wines (~80%) to fuel the capital’s tables historically.

Irancy’s amphitheater-shaped vineyards and Kimmeridgian limestone soils craft Pinot Noir with vibrant acidity, earthy minerality, and lush fruit. Irancy offers affordable elegance, rivaling pricier Burgundies. Its cool-climate allure draws wine lovers to unique finds💎

Using traditional techniques, they ferment with indigenous yeasts and age wines for 2 years—first in tanks, then in large oak foudres—to harmonize wines while maintaining the purity and depth of the terroir. Restless River是2004年由Craig和Anne Wessels創辦，位在南非Upper Hemel-en-Aarde Valley，離大西洋僅5公里。他們的葡萄園從1999年開始種植，有老藤Chardonnay和Cabernet Sauvignon，還有較新種的Pinot Noir。花崗岩土壤搭上海洋氣候，釀出超優雅的酒款。✨

本來對釀酒毫無經驗，Craig靠自學和實驗，摸索出一套簡單又重風土的釀酒方式。他用有機、低干預的方法，像自然發酵、整串壓榨、橡木桶及陶罐陳釀，讓酒喝起來特別優雅又充滿風土特色。

Restless River, founded in 2004 by Craig and Anne Wessels, is a boutique estate in South Africa’s Upper Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, 5 km from the Atlantic Ocean. With vines planted in 1999, including old Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, plus newer Pinot Noir, its granitic soils and maritime climate produce elegant wines.✨

With no winemaking background, Craig self-taught through books and experimentation, and developed a minimalist, terroir-driven approach, focusing on single-varietal wines. Using organic, low-intervention methods—natural fermentation, whole-bunch pressing, barrel and amphora aging—he highlights elegance and terroir.

Restless River has earned global acclaim, rising to “Second Growth” status in Tim Atkin MW’s South Africa classification within a decade. The Ava Marie Chardonnay was praised by Tim Atkin (96/100 for 2021) for its minerality & concentration. The Le Luc Pinot Noir excels in Hemel-en-Aarde’s top Pinot terroir with savory complexity.

The very first producer on our agency profile is Minimalist Wines from South Africa, whose Stars in the Dark Syrah earned a rare 97/100 from Neal Martin, one of only three South African reds to hit this score at the time. Their wines sold out quickly upon release. Our early love for this standout label shows our deep obsession with South Africa’s incredible wines.

💌Join us for an exclusive evening with Mr. Luciano Alcanoni, the brand ambassador from Pulenta Estate, flown in from Mendoza, Argentina, to share their exceptional wines. This is a rare opportunity to taste and explore the artistry behind Pulenta’s wines, guided by Mr. Alcanoni’s expertise.

Pulenta Estate, a distinguished winery in Mendoza🇦🇷, has a rich heritage dating back to 1902 when Italian immigrants Angelo Polenta and Palmina Spinssanti arrived in the country. The Pulenta family has been dedicated to viticulture for four generations, with Eduardo and Hugo Pulenta establishing Pulenta Estate in 2002. The estate spans 135 hectares, planted with Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc. These grape varieties are utilised both as single varietals and in blends, such as the exceptional Gran Corte. Pulenta Estate benefits from excellent climatic conditions and a stunning panoramic view from elevations of up to 980m above sea level. Irrigation is sourced from the meltwater of the Andes, and the entire process is essentially organic. The Pulenta family produces outstanding Malbec, increasingly recognised as signature grape variety, enhancing its natural exuberant fruitiness with discipline and structure. The Estate Chardonnay is notable for its completely manual harvest and barrel fermentation in French oak. The winery is renowned for its commitment to producing premium wines, blending tradition, expertise, and modern techniques.

Anthony Thevenet曾向自然派葡萄酒傳奇人物Georges Descombes和Jean Foillard學習，於2013年創辦了自己的酒莊，採用他祖父種植的部分超過150年的老藤。他以有機方式釀酒，創造出充滿個性的葡萄酒，Vinous的Neal Martin評價說它們「靜靜地讓我震撼」。
