The value of jade is embodied by the artistry, same for Rong chun. “The Jade” as it name implies, is tinted in green with a hint of blue at the bottom. The fickleness of color is produced by the combination of pineapple juice and the blue curacao liqueur. The taste of the Jade is enhanced by Rong Chun, which brings on mellow taste of baijiu.

Being the location of 17 UNESCO world heritage, Kyoto is the best city to get to know more about the tradition of Japan. Rong Chun emphasize a lot on conserving the traditional way of brewing baijiu. So we created Kyoto Citrine, a cocktail using Rong Chun as base, with an uplifting touch of lime juice. Adding shio leaf to the cocktail gives it the taste of the Japanese culture. As well as giving us an impression of a citrine gemstone.
