In concurrent with the European Council’s decision to grant EU candidate status to Georgia, TREASURIUM has
decided to celebrate this long-awaited achievement with a project to honor Georgia’s important contribution to the world. Georgia has gifted the world “Wine”, a crucial element of celebrations since antiquity, and now our nation acknowledges this contribution as we journey towards Europe. Throughout history, nations frequently
commemorate their achievements on coins and currencies. Thus, we too intend to highlight Georgia’s
significant contribution during this pivotal moment in our nation’s history. To accomplish this, TREASURIUM has
developed a project involving European partners.
