Super fun day yesterday at the Spring Fair 🌼☀️!

Big thank you to everyone that came out to support, tried our rum and bought a bottle 🥃👍🏻 it was heart warming hearing all the positive feedback and seeing everyone having a great time!

A special shout out to Robin, a beautiful little terrier who won best in show with her amazing tricks playing connect4🥇…yes, you read that right, simply incredible to watch!

Finally, not forgetting Lucy and the amazing team at SDR for having us and putting on another great event!

It was moments like this that inspired Quinn’s Pour!!

Out on adventures with our boy Quinn 🐾 eating ice creams and catching sunsets as the day draws to a close!

Did you know - Rum and Raisin ice cream was also the inspiration behind our Black Spiced Rum 🥃 creamy vanilla, smooth rum, bursts of raisin!

It takes me back to these special moments every time I drink it!!

I’m sure we’re not the only ones who are loving these golden evenings of late 🧡

A perfect way to end the day strolling the beach, taking in the fresh sea air, dogs running free and your mind letting go!

It’s these moments that inspired our golden hour cocktail - a fresh take on a classic mojitos using our delicious Ginger, Citrus and Basil Golden Rum!! Bright, zesty, full of energy!

On Sunday 29th March we’ll be lacing up our boots and joining the team and doggie’s to take part in a 10km Waggy walk around the Chilterns to raise money for Stokenchurch Dog Rescue!

We’ve put some money in to get started so If you’d like to sponsor us too, however big or small, we’d be ever so grateful.

With the rescue centre being run fully on donations every penny counts and makes a real difference to ensure the fantastic team here are able to give the dogs the shelter and care they deserve as they search for their new home.

Sunday adventures exploring the Chiltern Hills!

This is one of our favourite spots along the Ridgeway near Chinnor! Fantastic views and pubs along the way if you fancy a little pit stop!

We’re loving it nearly as much as our new x Quinn’s Pour bottle 💚!! I promise it only has water in it (this time) 😅!

We thought it was about time we give this a go!

The Quinnberry Sour ❤️ Bold, Fruity and packed with a punch! Delicious - Perfect for a Saturday night!

Ingredients:
- Handful of fresh Raspberries
- 45ml Quinn’s Pour Black Spiced
- 20ml Chambord
- 15ml Crème de Casis
- 15ml Blackberry Syrup
- Juice of 1 Lime

Muddle the raspberries in a shaker, add ice, pour over the mixers and a squeeze of lime! Give a good shake and strain into a fluted glass of your choice, sit back and enjoy!

It’s Friday night, what’s your tipple?

We’re tucking into a ‘THE STORMY HOUND’ 🍹 Join us!

Bold, brooding, and full of bite — a spiced take on the Dark ’n’ Stormy that always stays loyal, even when the weather turns.

Ingredients:
50ml Quinn’s Pour Black Spiced Rum
100ml fiery ginger beer
10ml fresh lime juice
2–3 dashes Angostura bitters
Lime wedge + orange peel (to garnish)
Ice cubes

The Pour:
1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
2. Add lime juice and ginger beer.
3. Float Quinn’s Pour Black Spiced Rum gently on top.
4. Dash in bitters and let them swirl through.
5. Garnish with a lime wedge and an expressed orange peel.
