Two new beauties have landed at The Ivy Nottingham👀🍸

No, not Vicki and Lewis… meet the Emerald Daiquiri and the Merry Men Daiquiri!

Both made with DropWorks rum, both absolutely delicious, and now part of The Ivy’s specially curated cocktail menu. We’re very proud to have been chosen for the menu, and even prouder of how amazing these two turned out👌

We’re pretty lucky to call the Welbeck Estate home, so naturally we always recommend making a proper day of it!

There’s more than enough here to keep you busy all day. Start with a coffee, have a wander through the gallery, visit the distillery, grab some lunch, explore the museum and finish with a trip to the farm shop 🛒

25ml Clear Drop British Rum
25ml British Sweet Vermouth
25ml Sipello
Orange zest

Build over ice, give it a quick stir, garnish with orange zest.

WE’RE IN THE FINAL! 🏆

We’re very pleased to announce that Barrel Drop has been selected as a finalist in the Great British Food Magazine Awards!

Barrel Drop is our rich, naturally full-flavoured British rum, matured in American and Portuguese oak to bring out layers of vanilla, caramel and warming spice. A great sipper, and just as good in a cocktail.

The Great British Food Magazine Awards celebrate the very best of British food and drink, so we’re incredibly proud to see Barrel Drop recognised alongside some brilliant producers from across the country.

We weren’t expecting to find Larry’s hidden underneath the when we visited for the first time!

Tucked beneath one of London’s most iconic landmarks, Larry’s is a seriously cool underground bar part of the serving up their Meet, Shoot, Leave - a delicious espresso martini made with our Dark Drop, which we’re super proud to see on the menu!

A very good excuse to the next time you’re seeing the sights in London. 🥃

The Rum and Sand, made with our limited-edition Distiller’s Drop #002 aged in Bordeaux Red W**e Casks🍷

Rum and Sand:

🍊 22.5ml Blood Orange Juice
🍷 22.5ml Sweet Vermouth
🍒 22.5ml Cherry Liqueur
🥃 30ml Distiller’s Drop #002

Shake with ice, strain into your favourite short glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry🍒

A cocktail made for slowing down and savouring every sip🤌
