🍷 Join Us for Our First Free Wine Tasting at Rizzo Italian Delicatessen 🇮🇹

I am delighted to announce that Rizzo Italian Delicatessen, located at 3 King Street, Worcester, WR1 2NX, will be hosting its very first FREE wine tasting event.

📅 Saturday 13th June
⏰ 12:00pm – 5:00pm
📍 Rizzo Italian Delicatessen, 3 King Street, WORCESTER, WR1 2NX
🎟️ No booking required – simply drop in

Together with our friend Luca, Elona and I will be showcasing an exceptional selection of wines from the renowned wine region of Piedmont.

Guests will have the opportunity to taste some of the region's finest wines, including examples from Langhe, Roero, as well as prestigious Barolo and Barbaresco wines.

To complement the wines, we will also be serving a selection of delicious Italian nibbles, giving guests the chance to experience some of the wonderful food and wine pairings that make this region so special.

Why not make a day of it? After your tasting experience at Rizzo, continue your Italian journey by visiting our sister restaurant, Benedictos, where you can enjoy authentic Italian cuisine and carry on the Italian spirit into the evening.

Something special is coming to The Cottage in the Wood this July 🍷✨

On 9th July, we’ll be hosting our very first wine pairing evening in collaboration with Rizzo Wine Club - an evening designed for those who love exceptional wine, seasonal food, and the stories behind every bottle.

Set against the backdrop of the Malvern Hills, guests can expect thoughtfully paired wines, beautifully curated dishes, and a relaxed atmosphere made for long summer evenings.

We are incredibly excited to announce our next special evening at Benedicto’s — a celebration of Italy’s finest cured meats, regional cheeses and beautiful wines, all carefully paired for a relaxed and unforgettable experience.

This event is even more special for us as it will also be the very first Wine Dinner hosted by Elona, our new manager at Rizzo Wine Club & Deli, alongside Gianluca Rizzo. 🍷✨
