The London Dry is jam packed full of flavour we tasted it neat and it was soo smooth… while the tonic bought out the lime notes.. Hotwells Spice had a lovely blend of spices that really integrated well.. we will be welcoming Pete to host a tasting so watch this space.

I’m really excited to say after the incredibly successful Sake tasting we know stock a delicious range of Sakes which includes the modern and refreshing Sparkling Sake.

Delicate, refreshing and beautifully crafted, Junmai Ginjo Sparkling Sake offers a modern twist on a time-honoured tradition. Produced in small batches in Hyogo, Japan, this sake is made using the revered Ginjo brewing method, which uses highly polished rice to create a smooth, clean profile.

Naturally carbonated through a secondary fermentation in the bottle, this sparkling sake is gently effervescent with a fine, persistent mousse. On the nose, expect subtle aromas of white peach, pear and rice flour, while the palate delivers soft fruit notes with a hint of creamy umami and a crisp, dry finish

Unfiltered and unclarified, this vibrant Fino presents as pale gold with a naturally hazy appearance. On the nose, it features an expressive mix of chalk, iodine, toasted almonds, and lemon zest, accompanied by fresh notes of sea breeze and chamomile. The palate is fresh, bone-dry, and intensely saline, with complex flavours of dried fruit and a hint of fresh sourdough, culminating in a long, elegant finish.

This year’s label, inspired by historic González Byass designs, features gold and green tones with vine leaf motifs—a tribute to the vineyards that shape this extraordinary wine.
