NEWSFORCE FINALLY HAS A WORKING PAYPOINT MACHINE AGAIN!!! 👏👏👏

WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS CUSTOMER PARCEL SENDS!!!

This is due to paypoint taking us off the route due to not being able to accept parcels since Friday. We’re working on hopefully getting this issue resolved.

We are still able to process driver deliveries, for customers to collect from our store. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE STORE WITHOUT A COLLECTION CODE. The collection code is evidence that your parcel has been booked into our store. Without this, it is likely your parcel isn’t here. Even if you have delivery confirmation from the relevant courier.

We apologise again for the hassle this has caused over the weekend and the start of this week. It has been a very stressful time for all the staff, as well as our customers.

Hopefully we are on our way to being fully functional again.

We will update once again when we are able to process customer return parcels through yodel.

Our paypoint machine is currently out of service, so we are unable to process any parcels or bill payments at the moment. This will also affect any parcels arriving to us today from various couriers.

We are working on getting it fixed.
