He said it, not us. 🫒🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Sam Heughan knows his way around a dirty martini, and when the man behind The Sassenach says he likes his extra dirty, we’re inclined to take notes.

The Sassenach Fine Scottish Vodka is the perfect base for it. Crafted from a blend of three uniquely distilled spirits made from Scottish wheat, brambles, and apples, it brings a smoothness and subtle character that holds its own against a generous pour of olive brine. The wheat carries it, the brambles add depth, and the apple notes keep it bright. Bottled at 42% ABV, 70cl.

Pour it over ice with a good dash of brine, two olives, and the coldest glass you own. Or keep it classic with a twist. Either way, the Sassenach makes a martini you’ll want to linger over.

Order yours at The Spirit Co with shipping across the UK, EU, and USA.

Every whiskey ages in silence. This one doesn’t.

The BLACKENED x Rabbit Hole is the 2023 release in BLACKENED Whiskey’s Masters of Whiskey Series, a collaboration between Master Distiller and Blender Rob Dietrich and Rabbit Hole Distillery’s Founder and Hall of Fame Whiskey Maker, Kaveh Zamanian. Two American whiskey makers doing things their own way, building something neither would have made on their own.

So what’s in the bottle? A 13 year old straight Tennessee bourbon (64% corn, 36% rye) blended with Rabbit Hole’s Heigold High Rye Double Malt Kentucky Straight Bourbon (70% corn, 25% malted rye, 5% malted barley), finished in Calvados casks, bottled at cask strength (53.3% ABV) and non-chill filtered. BLACKENED also runs the casks through their sonic-enhancement process, BLACK NOISE, where low-frequency sound waves move the liquid in and out of the wood while it finishes.

On the nose you’ll find apple butter, rhubarb, honeysuckle, graham cracker and macadamia nut. The palate opens up with ripe pear, cinnamon stick, smoky campfire, field clover, honey and black walnut.

Heads up for UK and EU whiskey drinkers, we’re the exclusive partner for BLACKENED Whiskey across the UK and EU, so this is the place to find it. There’s a multi-buy discount on BLACKENED bottles too.

Pour, sip, and tell us what you taste first.

Gin that tastes like a country walk. 🌾

Meet Greensand Ridge London Dry Gin, distilled in a converted Victorian coach house in the heart of Kent by an award-winning, carbon neutral distillery. Will, the owner and distiller, makes spirits with proper provenance, using sustainable practices and turning surplus produce from local growers into something seriously good.

The English countryside character comes from eight botanicals foraged within a mile of the distillery. Oak Moss, Cobnuts, Gorse Flowers, Hawthorn, Bay Laurel, Poppy Seeds, Honey, and Rosehips. Add the traditional London Dry line-up alongside them and you get a gin that’s floral, earthy, and genuinely elegant.

Classic London Dry on the nose, with punchy juniper and a waft of spice. The palate is clean with verdant pine, more spice and a hint of citrus, while floral notes carry it through to a smooth finish.

Serve it as a proper G&T with quality Indian tonic, plenty of ice (the bigger the better) and a bay leaf to garnish. It also makes a mean martini, served properly cold.

Available now at The Spirit Co, with delivery across the UK, EU and USA.

Treat yourself to a slice of the English countryside in a glass.

Limes saved a navy. Now they’re in your gin.
Here’s the bit they don’t teach you in school.

In 1747, Edinburgh-born naval surgeon Dr James Lind ran one of the first ever clinical trials and proved citrus fruits could prevent scurvy, the disease wiping out sailors at sea. His findings would go on to shape life at sea for generations of Royal Navy crews.
Fast forward a couple of centuries and Lind & Lime Gin is a tribute to him, distilled at the Tower Street Stillhouse, a small distillery in Leith, Edinburgh. It’s a London Dry with juniper at its core, fresh lime peel and a crack of pink peppercorn. Wonderfully dry, fantastically refreshing, and an award winner from Scotland with proper citrus and spice running through it.

Pour it over ice with a quality tonic and a fat wedge of lime, or shake it into a Gimlet if you want to go classic. Either way, you’re sipping a piece of history.

What are you mixing this with? If anything…

The Lakes Vodka is a proper British spirit, distilled using the finest English wheat and pure Cumbrian water drawn from the River Derwent. The result? An ultra-smooth, clean, crisp vodka with a rounded character you can actually taste.

This one punches well above its weight. Sip it neat over ice to appreciate the smoothness, shake it into a martini with a twist of lemon, or pour it long with a premium tonic and a sprig of rosemary. It plays beautifully with classic cocktails too, from a Vesper to an Espresso Martini.

Bottled at 40% ABV and coming in a seriously striking 70cl bottle, it’s a go-to for anyone who takes their vodka seriously and wants something with genuine provenance behind it. Honest ingredients, a proper process, and a finish that speaks for itself.
Whether you’re building out your home bar, looking for a gift that actually gets used, or just fancy upgrading from the usual house pour, this deserves a spot on the shelf.

Available now at The Spirit Co, shipping to the UK, EU and US.

This isn’t wine… and it isn’t your average gin.

Renais is gin reborn from winemaking tradition. Co-founded by siblings Emma and Alex Watson, it’s distilled from upcycled French wine grapes pressed at their family’s vineyard, Domaine Watson, in the heart of Burgundy. Their dad Chris planted the vines back in the 1990s, and decades later his children turned the grape skins left over from winemaking into something extraordinary.

The result is a vibrant, modern gin with ripe grape aromas, bright citrus zest, and smooth, refined minerality drawn from the

Kimmeridgian stone of northern France. Built around pressed grand cru grapes and juniper, complemented by angelica root, linden flowers and acacia honey, it’s a gin with depth, character and a real sense of place.
Renais took home Gold at the Spirits

Business Gin Masters in both 2023 and 2024, with judges praising its citrus, coriander notes and beautifully balanced finish. It’s also B Corp certified, distilled in a solar-powered distillery, and housed in 100 percent compostable mycelium-based packaging. A gin that tastes incredible and does genuine good while it’s at it.

Drink it neat over ice to let the grape character shine, in a classic G&T with light tonic, or shaken into a Left Bank Martini for something elegant. Premium gin lovers, sustainable spirits drinkers, and anyone hunting for a thoughtful gift this season, this one’s for you.

Renais Gin is on our website with delivery across the UK, EU and USA.

Close your eyes and you’re on the Islay shore.

Lagavulin 16 Year Old single malt scotch whisky is the Southern Islay single malt that peated whisky lovers talk about in hushed tones, and for good reason. Matured for at least sixteen years in oak casks, this 43% ABV classic pours rich, full-bodied and unapologetically smoky.

The nose hits you first: deeply smoky and complex with notes of iodine, seaweed and a hint of fruit. The palate is smoky without being overwhelming, balanced out with a touch of sweetness, salt and oak. Then comes that famously long, peaty finish carrying dried fruits and more of that coastal seaweed character. It’s the kind of dram that rewards slow pouring, a proper armchair whisky.

Whether you’re building up your Islay collection, buying a gift for the whisky lover in your life, or finally ticking this one off the bucket list, the Lagavulin 16 earns its spot as one of the most sought-after single malts on the shelf. We ship to the UK, EU and USA, so wherever you pour yours, we’ve got you.

Save this post for the next time you’re treating yourself to a proper dram.

Cinco? Handled.

Meet Mi Campo Reposado. Born in the heart of Jalisco from blue agave, then rested in wine barrels for a finish that’s golden, smooth and loaded with personality.

Expect fresh cooked agave on the nose with ripe fruit, vanilla and soft oak. The palate is rounded and mellow with sweet agave, gentle spice and a hint of caramel from the wine cask influence. The finish is clean, warm and lingering. It’s a reposado built for sipping neat, shaking into a killer margarita, mixing a paloma, or pouring over ice for a proper ranch water.

Live loud. Sip bold. This is tequila with attitude, and so is your Cinco de Mayo.

Whether you’re stocking up for the 5th, upgrading your home bar, or hunting down a proper gift for the tequila lover in your life, Mi Campo Reposado delivers.

Available at The Spirit Co.

Smell the citrus yet? 🍋

If this photo doesn’t make you thirsty, nothing will. Meet Rock Rose Citrus Coastal Edition, a premium Scottish gin from Dunnet Bay Distillers and their most experimental release to date.

Distilled up on the rugged Caithness coast with locally foraged kelp from Shore Seaweed and liquorice salt from Hebridean Mustard Company. Two ingredients you don’t often see on a gin label, and exactly what makes this one stand out from the crowd.

Warm juniper on the nose gives way to bright lemon and verbena. The palate brings fresh citrus balanced with an oceanic, umami flavour from the kelp. The finish delivers a hint of salinity with more citrus lingering on the back end. Flavourful, fresh, and zesty with a bracing sea air finish.

It’s the kind of gin built for long afternoons, cold tonic, and plenty of ice. Pour it, sip it slow, and let the Scottish coast do the rest.

Available at The Spirit Co, shipping across the UK, EU and US. Saves you the trip up to Caithness.
