We are tutoring the wines at a Bistro Classics Dinner at Oscar’s Bistro in Leamington Spa on Thursday 13 November. We have found some great new wines from southern France to pair with some delicious bistro dishes and we don’t want you to miss out!

We are once again holding our Christmas Tasting at the historic Court House in Warwick and will be showing 48 wines from all over the world to suit all tastes and pockets including some delicious wines from Argentina, Spain, Italy, Chile and France. There will be experts on hand to guide you through their wines.

Of course Christmas is also the time of the year when fizz, dessert wines and port are more widely drunk and we have some lovely ones with which to tempt you. We also have the ideal white, rosé and red wines to see you through the whole of the festive season.

There will also be a decent array of wine gifts with magnums and beautifully packaged wines.

This is an ideal opportunity to step out of your comfort zone and discover some new wines and to have the reassurance of trying before buying! 🍷

A great night was had by all at our tasting at our store on Friday night. 17 wines on taste and lots of knowledge about one of the wine worlds most fantastic and diverse regions passed on. We are holding a focussed Bordeaux Wine Tasting as part of the Bordeaux Wine Month promotion which takes place in the UK each September. We have taken part in this celebration of Bordeaux Wines for many years, and, like last year, we are holding a small tasting at our wine store at Unit 1 St George’s Business Park, Lower Cape in Warwick (CV34 5DR). We will be showing at least 15 wines from around the region of Bordeaux including a Crémant, a couple of whites, a rosé plus a dessert wine. The majority of wine will, of course, be red as that is what Bordeaux is famous for. This is an ideal opportunity to step out of your comfort zone and discover what Bordeaux wines are all about and to have the reassurance of trying before buying!
