🍸 Cocktail Suggestion – Hazelnut Caramel Rum Spritz

Bright, bubbly and dangerously easy to drink…

You’ll need:
• 50ml Hazelnut & Caramel Rum Liqueur
• 100–150ml chilled soda water (or lemonade for a touch more sweetness)
• Plenty of ice
• Orange peel or a squeeze of fresh lime

Fill a large glass with ice, pour over the rum liqueur, top with soda and give it a gentle stir. Finish with a twist of orange peel or a squeeze of lime to lift those rich caramel notes.

The result? Light, sparkling and beautifully balanced — toasted hazelnut and silky caramel made fresh and vibrant with citrus and fizz 🍊✨

Perfect for spring evenings or an easy weekend tipple without the heaviness.

Not only are we a family run business ourselves, but we have a close connection with another family business - Stort Valley Gifting - run by Hugh’s cousin. Support local, support small, support family. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 🍹

This week’s Meet the Producer Monday is extra special. Riverside Spirits is where our journey began back in 2020.

Based in Manchester and run by Emma’s cousin Hugh, they’re our only non local producer — and a huge part of our story.

Our customers love their range, with Dark Chocolate Whisky topping the charts in 2025. Emma’s personal favourite is the Passion Fruit Gin, especially mixed with sparkling wine.

March's Flavour of the Month - Hazelnut & Caramel Rum

🍸 Cocktail Suggestion – The Caramel Nut Espresso Martini
• 50ml Hazelnut & Caramel Rum Liqueur
• 25ml vodka
• 25ml fresh espresso
• Ice
Shake hard, strain into a martini glass and garnish with coffee beans or a light dusting of cocoa ☕✨
