Yesterday I joined the wonderful as we were both invited in to speak to year 11 students at Walsall Academy about our Businesses.

From skipping school religiously to speaking in front of a room full of students, including my son who I took along as a guest, what an honour it was to be selected.

Thank you to Walsall Academy for hosting such a wonderful afternoon. Its one I will remember for many years to come.

I couldn’t have chosen a better speaking partner to stand next to than Kathryn ❤️

Do people really want the best cleaning company?

Do they want the most proactive cleaning company?

Do they want a cleaning company that has processes and procedures?

A well set up, established company that offers real guarantees?

Or do they just want a cheap solution to a problem?

All cheap solutions turn into another problem

Now you have two problems…2 problems + me = 0 problems..thats quick maths (Just saying 😉)

Over the last week, I have sent out VAT notice letters to all of our clients.

I cant lie, since last year, this three letter word has been on my mind all day and all night. It has consumed me, frightened me and annoyed me all at once.

I will benefit nothing from this change. Thats right, zilch. £0, 0p.

I’ve spent all week apologising, for who and what exactly? Im not even sure 😂

Like everything in life, theres no certainties. So who knows what the future holds for us.

One thing I do know though, I would always choose guarantees over cheap. Id choose established over rookie. Id choose systemised over chaos. Id choose proactive over lazy.
