🎉 9 Years of Pints, Parties & Pure Chaos (The Good Kind) 🍻

Nine years ago, we opened our doors with a dream, a shaky barstool, and absolutely no idea what we were doing. Since then, we’ve survived Covid, built two more wild ideas and and even managed to squeeze in marriages, babies, and a few gray hairs along the way.

To our staff: you’re legends. From pulling pints to pulling us through, this place beats with your heart. To our regulars: you’re like family… if family paid us to listen to their stories 4 nights a week. And to Wallingford: you’ve shown up in rain, snow, and hangovers. You’ve kept us going with your kindness and support for all these years.

Thank you for nine years of laughs, love, and late nights. We wouldn’t be here without you — and frankly, we wouldn’t want to be.

We’ve made a little switch behind the bar – not because we’re trendy, but because some gins have started thinking they’re champagne. 💸

Rather than pass on inflated prices from brands spending more on marketing than actual spirit, we’re turning to the small-but-mighty distillers who pour their hearts into the bottle (not their pockets). ❤️🍸

Say hello to the likes of Raspberry Gin and Rhubarb Gin – flavour-packed, wallet-friendly, and not trying to pay for a blimp ad. 🚫✈️

So we’ve done the next best thing — dusted off the blender and whipped up some seriously good frozen daiquiris.
Strawberry and passion fruit are on the menu, and yes, they’re as refreshing as they sound. 🍓

🍹 New Cocktail Alert! 🍸
Say hello to your new favorite sip: The Basil Orgeat Smash! 🌱🍋

We took crisp gin, added fresh basil, a splash of lemon juice, and finished it off with a smooth pour of orgeat (that’s fancy talk for almond syrup, but we won’t make you pronounce it).

It’s herbaceous, citrusy, a little nutty—basically summer in a glass.

Swing by, grab one, and let’s pretend we’re on a patio in the south of France.

P.S. If you can say “Orgeat” on the first try, your bartender owes you a high five.
