The sun’s out… but sadly, we don’t have a beer garden.
So we’ve done the next best thing — dusted off the blender and whipped up some seriously good frozen daiquiris.
Strawberry and passion fruit are on the menu, and yes, they’re as refreshing as they sound. 🍓

🍹 New Cocktail Alert! 🍸
Say hello to your new favorite sip: The Basil Orgeat Smash! 🌱🍋

We took crisp gin, added fresh basil, a splash of lemon juice, and finished it off with a smooth pour of orgeat (that’s fancy talk for almond syrup, but we won’t make you pronounce it).

It’s herbaceous, citrusy, a little nutty—basically summer in a glass.

Swing by, grab one, and let’s pretend we’re on a patio in the south of France.

P.S. If you can say “Orgeat” on the first try, your bartender owes you a high five.

We’re thrilled by the excitement for our Cornish Night, but we want to remind everyone that this event is completely sold out. We’re getting lots of messages asking if we can squeeze in more people, but unfortunately, we cannot due to our licensing rules and, most importantly, for everyone’s safety and comfort. It is ticketed to guarantee everyone has a good time so we will have to be strict with this on the night.

If all goes well we will most certainly organise another night.

A quick reminder for ticket holders: This is a music night, so seats aren’t guaranteed, but we promise a lively, fun-filled evening. Get ready for a fantastic atmosphere, great entertainment, and plenty of Cornish cheer!

🎉 Tonight, We Party! 🎉

To our lovely regulars and occasional visitors, we’re giving you a heads-up: we’ll be closed tonight as we take our hardworking team out for a much-deserved (and very belated) Christmas party.

In hospitality, Christmas isn’t exactly Silent Night—it’s more like All You Can Drink Karaoke Jamboree. We’ve spent December and beyond serving up cheer to professional-level merrymakers, amateur drinkers, and the occasional ‘I didn’t know this place existed’ hermits.

So tonight, we’re swapping aprons for party hats, cocktails for our kind of cocktails, and customer service for chaos (the fun kind).

Thank you for understanding! We’ll be back tomorrow, hopefully with some stories we can’t share and a team that’s just a tiny bit slower than usual.

💡 We Are Back On! 💡

Finally, after a power cut of 42 hours and 7 minutes (yes we’re counting the minutes so we can try and claim), we are back in business.

As a hospitality business, closing for two days at such a vital point in the month is genuinely quite crippling. So we’d love to see as many of you as we can this weekend and hope you can raise our spirits again. We will be open from 2pm through to midnight and 2-9pm tomorrow.

We’ve got a big day ahead of us on Friday. Firstly, the launch of the very much anticipated release of Steady Rolling Strata 🚀 An annual release from and trust us when we say it, this beer is BEAUTIFUL!

Available on draught and we have limited availability of cans, the 5.2% pale and also the whopping 8% DIPA. Drop us a DM if you want some kept aside.

We’re also having our annual Ska-lloween party with no other than celebrating Halloween with some Ska beats all night. Dressing up is optional, but is very much encouraged! 👻 🧛

It’s set to be a cracker of a day here at The Keep, so come on down and party with some Strata in your hand 🍻
