We see some things in the shop, some of the special ones are what people send Vinted in, very special parcels. I get people don't want to buy postage stuff and some people even don't want to pay out on sellotape and just knot it!....but but this takes recycling to a whole new level...and a I just can't stop laughing.......

Still being a bu**er of a time! I dyed my hair the other day. The tinsle was coming through rather quickly. So I got a box dye didn't I? Did the colour on the box match the outcome? Did it ? No. I choose just a light golden brown, you tell me is it light golden brown.....is it bu**ery...how can something supposed to be about the same shade as i have , go dirty, greasy , darker brown?
I don't go darker brown, I look ill. This is so brown I look like I'm waiting on God's doorstep, actually it looks like I'm banging on the door crying to be let in! And Usain Bolt is missing.....

RITA'S RANTS
It's been a bu**er of a week. On one of the hottest days of the year
our big three door freezer broke down. Three large bin bags of food all gone!! There are times when I want to cry. You phone the insurance up which you've paid over £1200.00 for and they come up with excuses and a mega access. Well bu**er them sideways!! The freezer is now mended thankyou to the excellent mender man with a large pump thing, and we can get back to normal. ..and then we lost the screws for the front of the freezer. Luckily after going through 2 vacuum cleaners rubbish we found them. It's been a s**t week!! ###

Spiders!
No they don't bother me but.....Norris came up to bed the other night and said this spider had been in the bathroom, and then all of a sudden it was on his head as he came upstairs. He shook it off and it scuttled swiftly into the spare bedroom. He said it was a big lad with the body the size of a peanut and the speed of Usain Bolt. I said thanks just what I need while I'm going to sleep ( i do sleep with my mouth open)....but I forgot about it until I found Usain in the spare bedroom window. He's made a little house (web) and is relaxing in the shade with a little breeze coming through the window. He's quite colourful and chunky. He's happy. Now do I get him to move house or do I leave him to eat all the other nasties that live with me, admittedly he'll have a bit of trouble chewing Norris but I think he'll manage it!!

RITA'S RANTS
I keep having dreams I'm on holiday. We where in a right grotty bar last night and all I wanted was lasagne but they didn't do it......and all these small businesses on the way to the beach ( downhill on a grassy slope) were shut down, just piles of painted rocks to remember them and sign to show what they sold. Must have been because I'd been watching Whitstable Pearl!!!
Anyway it's going to be bloody hot again. We've been coasting along at a nice temperature and now we've got sweat fest again. Why, i hate it? I'm going to live in Whitstable, it looks like they don't have any nice weather there...at all.

Is it my tablets that aren't allowing me to loose weight? Heart stuff and such? Anyone!....I'm trying..I'm being good...I'm "gently" exercising..I'm drinking huge amounts of water. I only want to go in a helicopter. I don't even have to lose weight to have my other knee sliced and diced..although having the left one done has toned my arms up and I have little muscles again. (My advice for knee ops is to get the arms ready for hufting yourself about, your bu**ered if not 😆😆😆)

There's no up date for Norris and his weight because he threw his dum dum out and doesn't like me mentioning it on social media...🤣🤣🤣

I recently joined a knee replacement group on fb, like the stroke one I'm on and the flat friends one ( mastectomy site for women that have had their b***s whipped off and not gone down the rebuilt way) Now I am surprised by how many are having difficulty with their new knees. There's lots of photos of knees. Knees with dressings on, knees with stitches in and out ,Knees with bruising.....Mine is OK. I can bend it, kneel on it etc and I haven't been obsessive about doing my exercise as I should because i am very lazy, and the scar is now feint. The only thing, and it's in a morning only, because it's not woke up like my brain, is coming down the stairs. Mines healed up well and I have a lovely new beauty spot right in the middle of my scar, i just don't know how the surgeon put it there!!! The thing that was worse for me was the injections in my belly that went on forever....anyway going to do it all again next month when number 2 gets a turn ( I hope the surgeon, cos its the same one, has got another beauty spot ready i do like to be matching)

Now yesterday I got a visit from a chappie from the lottery place.....checking if a had got some new rolls for my new unit and I had put them in!!!! I just don't get why? He gets a wage for that! That's all he had to do! A phone call would suffice.

Just a wee heads up!!
Now this weekend sees our new lottery terminal being switched on...its the same for everyone all across the country. By 11pm Saturday night, the units won't be working until after 10am Monday morning to get them all singing from the same songsheet. We will be able to sell scratch cards because they don't go through the terminal, but we won't be doing much else. Knowing our luck it will go t**s up. We have even been given a piece of paper to cover up the new machine so we are not tempted to bloody well touch it. You know how naughty I can get. A little button here, a little button there, a quick touchy touchy.
It doesn't say what will happen if we touch it, I must admit I'm tempted. They are putting a lot of faith in us not to touch it.

A huge, mega, large, well done to our Lionesses and Lucy Bronze playing with a fractured tibia for the whole tournament. Women just get on with it till the jobs finished!!!....
I must admit I couldn't watch it again, I had the score on my phone and I was reading on my tablet..just couldn't watch it!!!
We did go to football earlier though, we watched Belper Ladies draw 1-1 against Eastwood in a friendly. Phallon (youngest daughter) has taken up footie again and it took us back 20 years, back to when we used to take her when she first started playing, and she wasn't shy at going in for her favourite.... slide tackle. We have skinned knees and bruised elbows this a. m......no fractured tibia though thankfully. Xx
