It may have been raining outside but it’s been spicy and sweet inside - a Rhubarb & Chilli Gin bottling day.

The first gin liqueur we ever produced eight years ago and it remains a customer favourite (International Great Taste Award 2-Star Winner in 2023).

We use fresh rhubarb and chilli which results in a lightly fruited, sweet yet spicy, earthy gin liqueur. It’s delish! Actually made and bottled in Greenodd, South Lake District.

Session IPA | 4% Hazy pale
This is our “if in doubt” beer. Hazy, fruity and balanced, hopped with Ekuanot, Citra & Centennial. Big dry hop and whirlpool additions, gentle bitterness, just an elegant, super easy-drinking hoppy session beer.

Beck | 0.5% Low Alcohol Pale
Juicy fruit aromas on a soft malt backbone lead to the gently carbonated, thirst-quenching refreshment of this beautifully balanced beer. It also just happens to be 0.5%.

St. Sunday Lager | 4.6% Helles, Bavarian Style Lager
Crisp, clean and refreshing lager beer brewed in Cumbria; inspired by the classic Bavarian style, Helles. Unfiltered and unpasteurised, it’s smooth and moreish with all of the complexity that comes with many weeks of cold maturation
