Quick reminder about our opening hours tomorrow (Sat 24 Oct) - we’ll be open from 4pm with some fantastic guest hosts. Think of the halcyon days of This Morning when Phil and Holly were on hols and Eamonn and Ruth were in the hot seat…

And we’re shut on Wednesday when only Gino Di Campo was available to run the show so we politely declined.

Business as usual from Thursday next week….!!!

Happy Wednesday everyone and what a lovely day it is!

Why not banish the torrential rain blues by popping into for Vinyl Wednesday. Bring your own records (in a waterproof bag…) or take a pick from our lovely collection in the shop. The fun starts at 7pm.

Also please note our amended opening hours on Saturday - well open at 4pm that day. There’ll be no tastings but the bar will be open as usual from 4. We’re also shut on Weds 28 Oct and closed for a private event from 7pm on the following Sat 31 Oct!

So make sure you plan in your GHF visit accordingly! See you at the bar!

Welcome to the week everyone!

Couple of important messages for you to note (excuse the pun….!)

This Thursday we’ll be hosting our first journaling event at - the event will be hosted by the magnificent Dani from and starts at 7.30pm.

Journaling is a great way to aid your wellbeing in what can be a chaotic world - the event is free to attend so make sure you book your space if you fancy popping along.

The bar will be open throughout the evening so you indulge in a lovely glass of w**e too! 😉

We’ve also got dates in the diary for our next quizzes (Weds 4 and Thurs 5 Nov) and the much anticipated Vino and Vinyl session on Sun 15 Nov.

The w**e fairy has been out and about in Twyford over the last week making deliveries for the W**e Club.

If you fancy getting a regular supply of quality w**es delivered to your door then this is the club for you!

You get the choose how much w**e you’d like, how often you’d like it, what you budget is and how much input you’d like into the selection of your w**e.

If you’re interested in joining we can arrange a bespoke tasting so you can sample some of our range of w**es…just to make sure you’re happy with the quality and breadth of what we have to offer!

All the quizzing has concluded at for October.

The second event was a thrilling affair played out in front of a semi-packed out house. Congratulations to Team Dumbbell who took home this lovely pair of Charles and Di mugs.

What did we learn from the quiz this week? Well…

- Mr Tumble apparently loves a Thai meal;
- how to pronounce Macklemore;
- that the GHF printer doesn’t work very well;
- there’s a lot of lurgy flying around at the moment!

Thanks to everyone who took part - and if you want to be in with a chance of winning a fantastic prize that you’ll immediately want to take down the charity shop then sign up for our next quizzes - Weds 4 Nov and Thurs 5 Nov.
