We are very excited to welcome Dimitri, a French-Italian Chef who is now based at Shortlanesend Store running his own bakery called Nougatine!

He is just getting started so things will be building up over the next few weeks but there’s plenty to look forward to! You can enjoy freshly made pastries, breads and more as things start coming out fresh from the ovens! You can also see him at the local markets!

So come and try some of his freshly made original French Croissants and Pain au Chocolat for sale today at the shop! 🤩
