🌞 Start your weekend off this Friday night at our craft spirit bar. Open from 6pm-10.30pm for another great evening of relaxed courtyard vibes, smooth spirits and sunshine to kick off the weekend. The Cheese Place next door is also open from 7pm to keep you fuelled with artisan cheese boards and toasties.

This weekend our courtyard will be alive with acoustic music, sunshine, and the sound of glasses clinking. Our craft spirits bar is open Saturday 21st from 2–9pm, with plenty of summer-perfect gins, rums, and more. Plus The Cheese Place next door is on hand with artisan cheeseboards and toasties to keep you fuelled.

Midsummer music vibes incoming🌞🎶 We’re counting down to this Saturday 21st June for the Towcester MidSummer Music Festival at Wharf. The weather is looking very good! Our Craft Distillery Bar & Courtyard will be open from 2–9pm, and we’ve got live acoustic music from local Over (3–5pm) and Danny Barton (6–8pm) to entertain you all afternoon and into the evening.

Today is and this year we are celebrating with Bletchley Park Gin. Proudly distilled here at Wharf Distillery, this exceptional gin is a tribute to one of Britain’s most iconic locations Bletchley Park the historic home of WWII codebreakers and a symbol of innovation and resilience.

It was discovered that gin was the favourite tipple of many of the Bletchley Park veterans during the war, and so the creation of Bletchley Park Gin began, several years ago.

The impressive label design pays homage to the secrets and ciphers cracked behind closed doors, with a striking aesthetic that nods to the ingenuity and mystery of the era. It is a clever code pattern, with all 10 unique botanical ingredients hidden within the design.

Whether you're a history lover, a gin connoisseur, or both — lets raise a glass this World Gin Day to the legacy of Bletchley Park and the spirit of British craft distilling. 🍸

This week we’ve been hosting the first round of judging for the Weetabix Northamptonshire Food and Drink Awards ‘Artisan Local Drink’ category. It was a pleasure to have Rachel Mallows, director of the awards, and judges here tasting all the different entries for this year.

We’re proud to sponsor the category this year with such as interesting and diverse range of products. And now we’re down to a shortlist for the second and final round, which happens in July.

Great to be involved and help promote Northamptonshire’s amazing artisan drink makers 🙌

Last year we had an incredible day so come and join us again for some awesome sounds, chilled vibes, and of course our craft spirits. Right next door The Cheese Place will also be open to keep you supplied with cheese boards and toasties.

This Friday we’ve got Pulled Street at our Distillery Bar & Courtyard to keep you supplied with slow cooked BBQ Pulled Pork, Pulled Jerk Chicken, Pulled Mexican Chicken and Mexican Halloumi in tacos, wraps, dogs or on loaded nachos, accompanied with garnishes, sauces, toppings...and a slice of lime, all while you enjoy drinks at our bar.

Our next ‘Founder's Tour & Tasting’ is this Saturday 7th June at 11am. Join us for our unique behind-the-scenes experience led by Laurence, our founder.

Discover how we craft our award-winning small-batch spirits — from whisky and gin to apple brandy, vodka, and rum — using traditional copper pot stills. The Founder's Tour offers a rare chance to hear the stories, techniques, and passion behind every bottle.

Enjoy a guided tasting, a complimentary drink, and time to explore our Distillery Bar & Shop, open until 2 PM. Fancy a bite after? Pop next door to for artisan cheese and toasties (open until 4 PM).

Great to be a part of ‘Northamptonshire Food & Drink Week’ again from Saturday 31st May to Sunday 8th June. Here’s what we’ve got going on for this week:

Friday 6th June – Cocktail Night with (no tickets required)

Saturday 7th June – Founders Tour & Tasting (£20 per person, book via our website)

The goal of this week-long celebration is to bring together passionate local producers and independent venues for a feast of special events, exclusive menus, tasting tours, chef pop-ups, and more - all designed to support local businesses and shine a spotlight on the county’s growing reputation as a food and drink destination.

Organised by Made In Northamptonshire and the Northamptonshire Tourism Business Network and sponsored by Wilson Browne Solicitors the week champions the people, places and produce that make Northamptonshire’s food scene something to be proud of.
