Splendours Spirits Our handcrafted Somerset gin produced in the heart of the cider country. This allows for a better yield and makes our gin sweeter and smoother to taste.

Splendours Spirits and E18hteen Distillery is produced from handpicked cider apples and quality botanicals. SPLENDOURS SPIRITS AND E18HTEEN DISTILLERY IS MADE FROM THE VODKA PRODUCED BY OUR MASTER DISTILLER . This apple led gin is redistilled in copper pot alembic stills through a process of timed maceration using only the highest quality botanicals. This leads to a superb ensemble of flavours swi

rling around in a superb London Dry Gin. This classic comes off the stills at a feisty 78% vol. Our handcrafted 42% Somerset gin is produced for its quality and smoothness. Our distinctive flavour derives from hand picked apples found in the orchards during the fresh Autumn months. Uniquely fused with fine vibrant juniper, citrus zests and apple blossom on the nose, moving to scented apple skin, through to a Picante anise and a creamed macadamia finish all of which give you the fresh taste of the Somerset countryside. A fresh slice of apple, pear, a slice of pink grapefruit or a wedge of the nectarine is a great complement to this smooth tasting and refreshing gin.

We need your help today!

There are 20 named elves hiding around the market - we need you to find them for us.

It is 50p to enter and every entry wins a prize

Entry forms can be found in the central lobby (and pencils)

Each time you spot a cheeky elf, write their name next to the correct stallholder

When you have found them all you need to return your completed form and entry fee to Deanna Devon & Somerset Craft Collective, you'll find her in her wooden units, opposite the cafe.

Don't forget that the big man will also be joining us today! You can visit Santa in his grotto from 11am - 3pm.

We also have 25-plus market stalls and will be joined by the gaming van, they'll keep children, husbands, and wives entertained with their range of consoles and games!!!
