WALKING FOR A WORTHY CAUSE🚶➡️🇬🇧 🚶➡️🇬🇧 🚶➡️🇬🇧
Suffolk School Teacher Sam Sharp is taking on an epic walking challenge across the country in aid of Parkinson's charities aiming to raise £100,000.
'The Four Corners' walk will cover 1,600 miles and take Sam to the four extremities of the British mainland, whilst carrying everything on his back for camping along the route, starting in April 2026.
Diagnosed with Parkinson's himself, Sam's mission is to turn a negative into a positive, to try and make a difference and help his fellow Parkinson’s sufferers while he still can. But he can’t afford do it on his own.
His goal is to raise £100,000 for Parkinson's charities but to do this he will need to take a year out of teaching. Your donations will help him to raise this money for charity by enabling him to walk whilst also supporting my wife (who has MS and can only work part time) and 16 year old son.
He will use the funds you help provide as follows: essential equipment, technology and travel; living costs and accommodation for me whilst walking; to replace earnings and support my family at home.
You can support Sam and Parkinson's sufferers across the UK by using this link. Any help is much appreciated.
