Hi everyone

We still don’t have a date for opening. It’s going to be a while yet but in the next few weeks we should have a clearer idea of when we will reopen.

Parcel Update - final one

All parcels have now been removed from site by their courier.
Unfortunately we have no access to whether they would be redelivered or returned to courier.

I know some people asked to collect parcels in store. I’m sorry that we couldn’t do this but we have to follow the advise from the post office as they are responsible for them and we have to do as they say.

This will be the last post regarding parcels in store.

So very sorry for all the inconvenience caused.

Parcel Update

We are STILL waiting for Evri and Amazon to come and collect their parcels for redistribution.
Hoping this will be resolved soon.

There are no Royal Mail or DPD parcels on site.

Please contact your courier for more information or with any issues.

IMPORTANT UPDATE

Unfortunately the store is going to be closed for a minimum of 3 weeks, which could well extend longer.

We will update when we have more information on when we will reopen.

We’re very sorry for this and we will be pushing to get reopened as soon as possible.

Parcels update

All DPD parcels are being returned to them for them to deal with. We do not know if they will deliver to you directly or return to sender. unfortunately you will need to contact them for more information.

Evri is proving more difficult as their communication to us is as good as it is to you. They have finally made contact today and we are waiting for an update from them and we will confirm what’s happening with Evri parcels in store when we know.

Anyone that was due to have a parcel delivered here this week unfortunately we have no access to find out what they will do with your parcel, you would need to contact your courier for more information.

All Royal Mail items in store have been either posted or taken away by them.

We are still waiting to hear from Amazon about their parcels being collected.

Update on mail/parcels

Royal Mail today are collecting items that were dropped off at the weekend. As these items were stored in closed containers they are suitable to go off.

Dpd should be collected tomorrow both drop off and customer collection parcels.

We are still waiting to hear back from other couriers in regards to what they will do and parcels that are still in store.

As far as items for collection are concerned we are still waiting to be advised on what next steps are as while they are not fire damaged, they have been caked in smoke soot.

I’m sorry we can’t be anymore helpful than this but we have to follow the advise given to us.

When we get an update I will post it here.

Hi

Just a brief follow up on today’s fire at the shop.

The store will be closed for a while now as, whilst the fore itself wasn’t huge, the smoke damage across the shop was extensive that will have to be cleaned up.

We will provide a more in depth update this week once we know more.

For those that have parcels to collect or dropped at the weekend these are not damaged by fire but will be covered in soot from the smoke.
We will provide an update when we know more but for now they are stuck in store until it is a safe environment to work in and sort.

Very sorry for any inconvenience with this.

Unfortunately we’ve had a fire in store early hours

Nobody injured thankfully as nobody in store when fire started.

We won’t be open for a while as a big clean up operation is needed.

We will update when we have any more information.
