Part-Time Senior Supervisor
We are seeking a passionate and experienced retail leader to join our team as a Part-Time Senior Supervisor. This key role will support the day-to-day operations of the store while bringing a strong leadership presence, ensuring smooth ex*****on and an outstanding customer experience.
As a Senior Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the management team, taking ownership of store operations during your shifts and playing a vital role in maintaining high standards in all areas from loss prevention and health & safety to replenishment and compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven retail experience who is looking to contribute at a senior level while working part time.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily retail operations during scheduled shifts, supporting profitable sales and a customer-first culture.
Provide hands-on leadership to the team, maintaining exceptional shop floor standards and driving operational excellence.
Support the Store Manager by taking on key-holder duties, acting as Duty Manager when required, and helping manage workflow, scheduling, and in-the-moment decisions.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, ensuring the team feels supported and motivated.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Collaborate closely with the management team to assist in stock control, ordering, and due diligence practices.
Actively coach and guide team members to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold store values.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with an ability to manage people and processes effectively.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of store performance metrics and profitability.
Confident decision-maker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead by example, especially during peak times or periods of change.
A flexible, adaptable approach to working within a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
Ability to support and train team members to ensure consistent service and operational standards.
