New Year, new opening hours.
From now on , effective immediately, we'll be open 9am to 12 noon only.
Trade during the last year has been poor. We've thrown away more fresh produce than we've sold.
So from now on, fresh, short life product is cut fron the range. We will no longer sell short life products such as bread, milk, sandwiches etc.
We will continue home delivery of news etc but the shop hours will be limited to mornings only.
Retail trade from residents & casual trade has fallen to the point that we can't continue as we used to. Regular business from residents has given way to supermarket delivery. Casual trade has been significantly restricted by parking on the high street. Delivery and loading outside the shop similarly restricted.
So from from this point on, existing deliveries will continue, morning trade will continue. Long life products will be available through Hampton Wines for the time being. Otherwise hours limited to am only.
