We are incredibly proud to announce the launch of Fortitude Gin, a very special limited-edition release created to support the extraordinary work of
St. Wilfrid’s Hospice. 💙

For over four decades, St. Wilfrid’s has been a vital lifeline for our East Sussex community, providing compassionate care completely free of charge. To give back, we’ve crafted a classic London Dry gin, distilled right here in Seaford, at our home distillery, with proceeds going directly to the hospice.

Strictly limited to a single batch of just 250 hand-numbered bottles, this is a rare chance to enjoy authentic coastal craft while supporting an amazing cause.

With crisp autumn air and golden afternoon light rolling over the Sussex coast, our Sussex Clementine Gin (50cl • 37.5% ABV) brings the perfect burst of bright, zesty warmth to the season.

Double pot-distilled in Seaford, we infuse ripe, fragrant clementines alongside traditional gin botanicals, cut with pure, chalk-filtered South Downs water. The result is vibrant citrus up front with a clean, juniper-led finish—smooth, natural, and never cloyingly sweet.

When we set out to craft English rum on the Sussex coast, we didn't take shortcuts with industrial neutral spirit. Every drop across our Prohibition range begins from raw molasses, double pot-distilled and softened with natural, chalk-filtered water beneath the South Downs.

Our limited-batch Cherry Brandy Liqueur (29% ABV) has returned,and if you know how we make this, you know why it never stays in stock for long.

Unlike mass-produced liqueurs that rely on artificial extracts or simply steep cherries in neutral spirit, ours begins with the raw fruit. We source succulent, locally grown Sussex cherries, fermenting and distilling them right here in Seaford.
The result is a genuine, artisan cherry spirit:
