Please please share and support us whilst we are on our journey supporting Sunrise Cornwall who are working tirelessly to educate and reduce the stigma that is attached to mental health and su***de. This is close to our hearts as our friends brother who was a regular at our shop sadly took his life, his name is Sunny. Since Sunny sadly passed away there has been other local families who we think dearly of have also been in the same situation as Serena and her family and this is why we are supporting Sunrise Cornwall so they will have the finances to help other families and reduce the stigma attached to mental health and su***de, whilst helping to reduce the ripple effect here in Cornwall.
So please support us, we want to help Serena help others.
Whilst walking this challenging coastal path we've really realized that it represents mental health in the physical sense. This path is hugely challenging at times and when you get on a flatter less rocky path you are then hit again by challenging climbs. Sometimes there isn't even a path to follow. You are literally climbing over boulders.

Just wanted to say a big thank you for all the support and sharing our posts with regards to Andrew G**y a well known prolific thief. He stole coffee x6 azera, coffee mate and porridge about £40's worth of goods from us on Sunday.
Just wanted to update you all and let you know that he has been arrested, We are only one of many of his victims recently. He's wanted for similar crimes upcountry too, he's a proper menace.
Let's hope the police and courts can deal with him appropriately. Well have to wait and see 😔

So this happened. Just walked up to warn a fellow shop in the village and guess who I bumped into by all accounts he's Kevin, then Andy one minute Shane the next minute he keeps forgetting which name he goes by. He's still in the village any information as to where he is staying would be gratefully received.
I have a video of him admitting to the theft of the coffee. The police asked me not to follow him in the end as they don't have the resources should he turn violent. How wrong is this country. Can't even do a citizens arrest these days. What a world we live in.
