📢 OFFICIAL STATEMENT – PREMIER NEWSBOY, SANDHURST

Dear Customers and Local Community,

Following recent allegations made online regarding the sale of age-restricted products to underage customers, we would like to reassure everyone that we take these matters extremely seriously.

✅ All our staff are trained in Challenge 25.

✅ We have strict ID-checking procedures for alcohol, v**es and other age-restricted products.

✅ Our store is subject to Trading Standards checks.

✅ On 14 April 2026, Trading Standards conducted an underage test purchase at our store using a 15-year-old attempting to purchase a v**e.

🏆 WE PASSED THE TEST!

Our staff correctly requested identification and refused the sale. We received official written confirmation from Trading Standards, which we are sharing for transparency.

We strongly dispute the recent allegations, but we are happy to investigate any genuine concerns. We ask anyone reporting an incident to provide the date and approximate time so we can review the circumstances.

❤️ The safety of young people and the trust of our local community are extremely important to us.
