Brunello di Montalcino Collosorbo pairs beautifully with Beef Wellington 😋

This Brunello di Montalcino is the result of the meticulous selection of Sangiovese grapes from the estate’s oldest and best vineyards. It is the product of diligent and thorough work in the vineyard and focused operations in the w**e cellar which preserve the essence of the Sangiovese grape and exalt the qualities of a w**e which every bottle reflects over history and time.

The w**e is aged in French oak barrels for 3½ years then bottle-aged for at least a year before release onto the market. The result in an exceptional, full-bodied w**e with oaky notes.

Perfect with red meat or game.

The perfect Halloween w**es!

Reichsrat von Buhl Bone Dry Pinot Noir Rosé 2024 is a crisp, elegant expression of Germany’s renowned Pfalz region. Crafted entirely from Pinot Noir, it showcases a delicate salmon-pink hue and an invigoratingly dry style. The nose bursts with aromas of wild strawberries, raspberries, and citrus zest, complemented by subtle floral notes and a whisper of minerality. On the palate, it is vibrant and refreshing, with precise acidity and a clean, bone-dry finish that lingers gracefully. Perfect as an aperitif or alongside light dishes, this rosé captures summer in a glass with sophistication and finesse.

The Riesling is bright and lively with distinctive aromas of fresh peach and apricot, counterbalanced by an edge of flint and minerality. Full and intense on the palate with a little fleshiness and real approachability. Excellent length. High quality super-dry Riesling, vibrant, precise finish with a fresh grapefruit tang. Good length with a vibrant, precise finish of fresh grapefruit. Drink on its own, as an apéritif or pair with fish dishes and hors d'oeuvres.

Orgo Rkatsiteli 2024

A very special orange w**e from the birthplace of skin contact w**es. This is a traditional 'qvevri' amber w**e, vinified on skins and then aged for a further 6 months on skins too.

Made from 100% Rkatsiteli grapes this is a clean, yet concentrated w**e . It showcases classic aromas of stone fruits, honey, fenugreek and crushed minerals.

It exudes freshness and vibrancy while maintaining a delicately textured profile, rendering it an exceptionally versatile w**e.

A weighty w**e showing tannins normally associated with a red w**e.

Situated in the Kakheti AOC in eastern Georgia, Orgo is run by Temuri Dakishvili, the Dakishvili family’s fourth-generation w**emaker. His father, Gogi, is credited as one of the most skilled and influential w**emakers in Georgia. They produce high-quality w**es made in traditional qvevri vessels (clay amphora) for vinification and maturation.

A white blend according to, w**emaker, Pieter Walser's conscious mind, named after the scientific name for the part of your brain where conscious decisions are made - Inspired by LIMBIC 2015 (a w**e from his subconscious).

12 Varietals from 17 sites all over the Western Cape.

Varietals: Clairette Blanche, Verdelho, Marsanne, Roussanne, Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris, Weisser Riesling, Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Palomino, Fernão Pires, Chenin Blanc from vines across Firgrove, Swartland, Stellenbosch and Voor-Paardeberg.

Taste Profile: Pale golden with silver highlights, and a nose of delicate white blossom, lemon, peach and underripe exotic fruit.

Dry and medium-bodied on the palate, with good acidity and a slightly waxy texture; flavours of beeswax, tangerine, pear and lemon are complemented by stony minerality.

Moric Blaufranksch Burgenland

Made in an early-drinking style from 'younger' vines (10-50 years old) grown on limestone, primary rock and loam from Neckenmarkt and Lutzmannsburg.

Gentle pressing and extraction, natural fermentation in open vats and steel tank, followed by 12 months in large old oak barrels.

A wonderful introduction to Roland's elegant take on Blaufrankisch with its signature characteristics of high-toned aromatic blue fruits, spice, and black tea.

A w**e that will drink now and age well for years to come.

Ayala Blanc de Blancs A18

This bubbly is 100% Chardonnay sourced from prestigious Grands and Premiers Crus from the 2018 vintage, which was exceptional.

Chardonnay is the essence of Ayala and A/18 is their signature ch*****ne. Each parcel is vinified separately prior to the blend and aged for 6 years. Low dosage.

Aromas of pear, grapefruit and jasmine, followed by honeyed tones, blood orange and pastry.

Creamy texture on the palate with great purity and freshness and a chalky mineral finish.
