SPRING HAS MOST DEFINITELY SPRUNG and as usual at this time of year we capture some of the delightful blossom fragrance in our latest batch of gin.

Legend has it that Saint Alban left magic wildflowers growing wherever he placed his feet. So for this latest batch of St Albans Gin, we added a bright but subtle bouquet of fresh lilac, almond-like cherry and blackthorn blossom and clove-spiced carnation flowers.
