At Rye Harbour Stores we know how important the shop is to the community, especially the elderly and families without a means of transport. There are five points that are the foundation on which we run the business:

• Ensure stock levels are maintained:
• Invest in the business to show commitment

to the customers and community
According to our customers, our prices are comparative to the major supermarket’s; although we are unable to come anywhere near their offer prices. We encourage the staff to be honest with the customers about the products that we supply. If customers ask what a product is like – if the member of staff has tried that product they should be honest about it – be it good or bad. This is really appreciated by the customers.

Amazon Locker is a fantastic idea, and we appreciate the suggestion! We’ve already checked our outside space, but unfortunately, it wasn’t suitable. For now, we offer a delivery service, and we’ll review the Amazon Locker option again in a few months. Thanks for your feedback
