Our next run of tastings is looking very drinkable...

We’ve got bubbles, Greek wines, French wine & cheese, Cabernet, Chianti, Grenache and a charity wine night for the British Heart Foundation… basically a very strong excuse to clear your diary.

- French Wine & Cheese
Thursday 6th August, 7pm — £40pp
In celebration of Ruddington’s 40 years of twinning with Grenay, we’re hosting a very French evening of wine and cheese. Six wines, paired cheeses, and a lovely excuse to lean fully into the fromage.

- Bangin’ Bubbles: International Prosecco Day Edition
Thursday 13th August, 7pm — £45pp
A sparkling celebration of all things fizz, with 6 wines and paired light food. Expect Prosecco, bubbles beyond the obvious, and plenty of reasons to say “just one more splash”.

- Greek Night: Wines & Chilled Mezze
Thursday 27th August, 7pm — £40pp
Our first Greek Night sold out very quickly, so we’re adding another date. Expect sunshine-in-a-glass wines, chilled mezze pairings and a properly relaxed Mediterranean-style evening.

- Cabernet & Chianti
Thursday 3rd September, 7pm — £40pp
Two iconic red wine styles, two international wine celebrations, one very good excuse to drink some big reds. We’ll be exploring Cabernet, Chianti and what makes these classics so loved.

- Grenache & Friends
Thursday 17th September, 7pm — £40pp
In celebration of International Grenache Day, we’re dedicating an evening to one of the wine world’s most versatile — and underrated — grapes. Expect juicy reds, clever blends and a few surprises.
Charity BHF Wine Tasting

- Charity Wine Tasting on Thursday 15th October — £45pp
A guided tasting of 6 wines with light food pairings, raising money for the British Heart Foundation. Good wine, good food, very good cause.

THE GRAPE ESCAPE 🍷🌿

Ruddfest weekend we’re turning pour. into a full garden wine bar.

We’ve been quietly thinking about this one for weeks and honestly… we think it’s going to be something pretty special.

Expect:
🍷 over 20 wines by the glass - Rebecca has selected some absolute bangers!
🍺 8 cold rotating craft beer lines - we’ve got loads ready to pour for you.
🧀 cheese & charcuterie grazing plates. The perfect accompaniment to delicious wines
🎡 our “can’t decide?” spinning wine wheel - who doesn’t love a bit of a wine surprise?!
🍸 Ruddy Fine Gin French 75 special
🌀 bakedbuns.official topped buns in “abundance” for the weekend (get the pun?!)

We’ll have everything from easy-drinking great house pours to some seriously exciting top drawer wines by the glass — alongside craft beer, garden grazing and sunny festival vibes all weekend long. (No we can’t control the weather but we can control the pours 😂).

A few need-to-knows:
• Our Grape Escape runs from Friday 29th to Sunday with a Midday start each day. We’ll be open for coffee as usual from 9am!
• Wine bar & charcuterie stand will be card only
• Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be first come, first served for tables
• Supervised children welcome until 6:30pm
• We expect to be very busy so won’t have room for bikes/scooters — we hope you understand ❤️

Three very special events are coming to pour. this year in support of the British Heart Foundation ❤️

A cause incredibly close to both Rebecca & Rachel’s hearts (sorry… the pun was inevitable).

Firstly, we’re really proud to be partnering with our dear friend, the brilliant Ren Mascari — exhibited artist, designer, lecturer, and all-round creative force — for two relaxed Sip & Paint evenings at pour. Expect a glass of gorgeous wine, good company, and the chance to create something of your own under Ren’s expert guidance.

We’ll also be hosting a special charity wine tasting evening, featuring 6 wines, paired nibbles, and a guided tasting hosted by Rebecca WSET Level 3 wine expert.
✨ Sip & Paint — 25th June
✨ Sip & Paint — 20th August
✨ Charity Wine Tasting — 15th October

Most importantly: all profits from every event will go directly to the British Heart Foundation.

Gasman Brews Beer Tasting 🍻

We’re teaming up with local legend Bryn from Gasman Brews for a proper guided beer tasting at pour.

Bryn’s not your average brewer — a Nottinghamshire local with a serious passion for small-batch, flavour-led brewing, he’s built Gasman from the ground up with a focus on quality, creativity, and doing things a little differently. Expect stories, insight, and a behind-the-scenes look at how the beers are made (straight from the man himself).
You’ll work your way through 6 different beers — a proper mix of styles — each paired with nibbles designed to bring out the best in every pour.

📅 Sunday 24th May (and yes… it’s a Bank Holiday the next day 👀)
⏰ Starts at 6pm
🎟️ £30 per person

We’ve had a couple of cancellations for Around the World wine tasting this evening (7pm) and there was 1 ticket remaining, so we can now fit 3 more people in for tonight!
We are super excited to open this gloriously punchy Californian red blend to try, alongside some other classics. Final tickets available in store or online 🍷
