🚨 🚨 DIPA!! 🚨 🚨

We've just put Left Handed Giant Parallel Paths on draught and it's tasting amazing! LHG's DIPA game has been pretty strong recently; we thought PVA was one of the best of last year, and this definitely doesn't disappoint! Nelson, Krush, Simcoe and Peacharine come together perfectly for bucketloads of stone fruit and citrus melting into a delicious floral finish!

Alongside that we're also pouring a super hoppy hazy pale and a fantastically well balanced fudge stout from Polly’s . A typically punchy 7% hop bomb IPA from Azvex Brewing Company and of course our house l***r from OMNIPOLLO®️👄 !

Fans of West Coast b**rs can often feel a bit left out in this hazy saturated b**r scene where New England has been the dominant style for as long as we've been open. So that makes it even more exciting when we get in a top tier WC b**r!

Verdant Brewing Co have long been massive fans of this style so they must have been very happy that their friends at GREEN CHEEK B**R CO shared the recipe for this iconic b**r for them to re-brew here in the UK.

And it's an absolute belter, tasting fantastic and currently scoring 4.3 on untappd!

Double OMNIPOLLO®️👄 drop!!

It's a massive testament to the international credibility of Omnipollo that they have such unfettered access to the best breweries in the world. Either through collaboration brews or sharing of recipes, their head brewer Henok arguably has the best book of contacts in the industry and the output from this is a regular release of b**rs and breweries that you'd normally struggle to get your hands on.

Unholy Church - 10% TIPA - collab with 𝕭𝕽𝖀𝕵𝕺𝕾 , one of the most exciting breweries in the US currently that you rarely see here in the UK.

Bomb Atomically - 8.3% DIPA - part of the "freaky Friday" series where iconic breweries share their recipes and allow Omnipollo to rebrew them. This is a proper bucket list b**r, brewed by Monkish Brewing and very hard to get hold outside of the US.

What happens when, arguably the three best breweries in the UK come to together to brew a b**r? You end up with an IPA about as juicy as they come.

Brewed as part of the Pages project, a celebration of independent book publishing and craft brewing hosted at the tate, it's Verdant Brewing Co 's turn to bring together BEAK and Track Brewing Co for a collaboration brew. For this interation they've gone for a 6.5% IPA and it's a cracker, currently scoring 4.18 on untappd. Citra, Galaxy and Riwaka come together to deliver lashings of passionfruit, white grape and tropical fruits with a super hazy smooth finish.

We had a blast with the Verdant Brewing Co team yesterday so thanks again to Natalia and Sarah for coming in! Consequently we've got Verdant all over our tap list today with three superb hazy b**rs! Sundialler is part of their core range and an exceptional 5% pale, Caution, internal traffic is a classic Verdant juicy IPA at 6.5% and Hop Custard, first brewed last year seems destined to join their list of top class DIPAs that you just order any time you see them on draught.

Alongside those, we've got a fantastic dulce de leche stout from Tartarus Beers and of course our house l***r from OMNIPOLLO®️👄 .

Prost! We're celebrating Oktoberfest with Hacker-Pschorr's Mãrzen on draught!

Hacker-Pschorr are on of the club of six; the six traditional Munich breweries who are legally allowed to serve their b**r at Oktoberfest. And their Märzen is a stronger, sweeter and more malty type of l***r, traditionally brewed in March and historically served at Oktoberfest.

We're also stocking bottles of the classic festbiers from Augustiner, Ayinger and Hofbrau.

A little while ago we said that we thought were going to be the next big thing, and if these two b**rs are anything to go by that doesn't show any signs of not being correct. We've got a DIPA and and an IPA on from these guys and both are tasting fantastic. If you like your b**rs thick, hoppy and super drinkable you won't be disappointed!

Alongside those we've also got a brand new pale from Azvex Brewing Company , and a couple of house regulars that get plenty of praise from Pressure Drop Brewing and OMNIPOLLO®️👄 .

Mortalis Brewing Company are widely considered to be amongst the top tier of US breweries. Specialising in super thick, fruited sours and routinely scoring above 4.3 on untappd.

So I'm very pleased to share that we have two b**rs with their badge on hitting the fridge! One a release from the states we managed to get on import and the other their first collab with a UK brewery, which of course had to be with the legendary Azvex Brewing Company .

Mortalis - Gemini / Mango Pina Colada - 7% Smoothie Sour - Untappd 4.42

Azvex x Mortalis - Hydra Scoop - 6% Smoothie Sour (Raspberry & Blackberry) - Untappd 4.43

In Track Brewing Co 's words "Nectarine, peach, pineapple and grass, draped in pure gold and resting on a soft bed of Barley, oats and wheat". This is Nectaron given the gold top treatment.
