We will be open from 9am until 5pm until Monday the 2nd of November

We understand this can be an inconvenience but just a small reminder to be kind and patient to the staff who are pulling through and working on short notice despite annual leave and sickness🙏

It’s has come to our attention that certain packages arriving in store via Amazon or other companies are just having the address changed to us and not using the correct collection hubs.

We do not have facility to store peoples parcels that are not approved by post-office and Amazon hub.

These parcels will be refused by staff. We are not a holding site just because you’re not home.

We accept the following only

Via post office

Local collects
Amazon hub
Redirection.

We are still a business that serves the community however when these kind of parcels arrive we do not even receive a fee, customers don’t even donate to a charity box as a gesture for our kindness.

And much more.

The news you’ve all been waiting for the F’real machine has been fixed.

However the freezer part is still broken so you will find your milkshakes in the ice-cream freezer.
