It’s has come to our attention that certain packages arriving in store via Amazon or other companies are just having the address changed to us and not using the correct collection hubs.

We do not have facility to store peoples parcels that are not approved by post-office and Amazon hub.

These parcels will be refused by staff. We are not a holding site just because you’re not home.

We accept the following only

Via post office

Local collects
Amazon hub
Redirection.

We are still a business that serves the community however when these kind of parcels arrive we do not even receive a fee, customers don’t even donate to a charity box as a gesture for our kindness.
