We wanted to say a huge thanks to the Stanley community for your very generous gift that was presented to us this afternoon. It was lovely to chat and exchange stories from over the years.
Our community has continually shown us so much appreciation of the store for the past two decades, and for that we are very grateful.

Apologies to our neighbours for the alarm. There is a fault with it, and we are unable to stop it. We are trying to get help from the engineer, but there is nothing we can do with it at the moment.

We are sorry, but there seems to be some issues with the newspaper deliveries. If you have any problems please contact them on 01782959530. There is not much we can do. We are disappointed it hasn't been a smooth transfer for some, but Stan is going to contact the suppliers this afternoon with regard to the problems so far.

As we reflect on the past two decades, we wish to express our deepest gratitude to all our customers for your support, to every member of staff who has worked alongside us but especially Gill who has been with us from the start.

From the beginning you have welcomed our family and business into the heart of the village – not just as a place to shop or visit but as part of the community itself.

Your support, kindness and loyalty have meant everything to us – whether it was a friendly word, helping hand or just choosing to support ‘local’ you have played a vital role in our journey.

Thank you for the lovely cards and gifts and for filling these years with so many special moments and happy memories.
