We are disappointed after Vale Council Investigation Despite Following Proper Procedures
We very disappointment after being reported to the Vale of Glamorgan Council for allegedly serving hot food on our premises, despite followed the correct procedures from the beginning.
We serves as a hub for local residents, we initially approached the council to discuss the possibility of offering hot food to customers. The idea was positively received and the council’s building control team was invited to inspect the premises.
Following the inspection, everything had been carried out properly and in line with regulations.
We did everything above board. When we floated the idea of serving hot food with the council, they were happy for us to explore it. Building control inspected the premises and we moved forward believing everything was compliant.”
