Join us and Sun & Salt for an evening inspired by the Mediterranean way of gathering around the table. Expect vibrant sharing dishes, three glasses of Mediterranean wine of your choice from our list for the evening, and the kind of conversation that happens when nobody is checking the time.

Think slow living, generous plates, warm evenings and the simple pleasure of sitting together a little longer than planned.
No rush. No dress code. No need to know anyone before you arrive.

Five wines exploring a different side of Italy.

Mindful winemakers. Modern styles. Reimagined classics. Wines with a strong sense of place and plenty of personality. Expect fresh takes on classic regions, lesser known corners of Italy, and wines that over deliver in the glass.

We'll gather around long tables for an evening inspired by the Italian way of slowing down. Good wine, good food and good conversation shared with old friends, new faces and whoever happens to be sitting beside you.

No rush. No pretence. Just a few hours spent enjoying the simple pleasure of eating and drinking well.

The tasting is guided, friendly and conversational, with no jargon and no pressure to know anything before you arrive.

Alongside the wines, we'll be serving British cheeses and charcuterie from , plus dips and freshly baked breads from . Plenty to keep you well fed throughout the evening.

A relaxed, easy walk-in night with small-producer wines by the glass, the kind you’d hope to find in those quietly cool wine bars in bigger cities.
Organic-led bottles, lesser-known grapes, emerging regions and delicious surprises, plus a few good things to nibble on.
