You can pick them up today (Thursday) until 14:30 or between 14:00 and 19:00 on Friday or Saturday. Or message and we can arrange another time for collection.
Vault City’s eighth-birthday range revisits one beer from each year of the brewery’s history, giving every original idea a new twist.
Year 1 – Foundations, 5%: A clean mixed-fermentation sour showcasing Vault City’s house culture, with refreshing tartness, fruity esters, a sherbet finish and light Cashmere and Bramling dry hopping.
Year 2 – 999g/L: Apricot, Mango, Guava & Pineapple, 5%: An exceptionally thick smoothie sour containing 999 grams of fruit per litre, combining apricot, mango, guava and pineapple into what is essentially an alcoholic fruit smoothie.
Year 3 – Tropical Sour, 7%: A juicy and refreshing return to a 2020 recipe, blending mandarin, mango and passion fruit with Vault City’s mixed-fermentation base beer.
Year 4 – TDH Hard Lemonade, 8.2%: A sour double IPA made with lemon juice and zest, then triple dry hopped to add citrus, white grape and gooseberry flavours.
Year 5 – Fruits of the Forest Single-Stacked Breakfast Waffle, 5%: A session-strength pastry sour packed with blackberry, rhubarb, strawberry, apple and raspberry, layered with maple syrup, vanilla and breakfast-waffle flavours.
Year 6 – Mango, Banana and Coconut Crumble Cake, 6%: A thick smoothie pastry sour combining ripe mango and banana with creamy coconut, giving it bold tropical flavour and a velvety texture.
Year 7 – TDF Caterpillar Cake, 15%: A triple-deep-fried-inspired imperial stout with chocolate malt, Cholaca and cocoa powder, creating a sweet, intense and magnificently excessive chocolate beer.
Year 8 – 8 Years Sour, 8%: A birthday dessert sour combining cherry, blackberry, banana and pear with cinnamon, vanilla, white chocolate and maple syrup — eight additions to celebrate eight years.
