If you fancy a sweet frozen treat, then pop into the shop and grab a tub of delicious local ice cream from Brymor Dairy 🐄. With a range of delicious flavours to choose from, the problem will be that you’ll just want to keep coming until you’ve tried them all.

Are you a crack shot or a budding Annie Oakley?

The Osmotherley Show Clay Pigeon Shoot is just around the corner and there are some superb prizes on offer! It takes place at Thimbleby Shooting Ground from 5pm to 8pm on Tuesday 11th of June.

It’s a 50-bird sporting competition with prizes for open high gun, full-time gamekeeper, show committee member and ladies and junior high gun.

Entry is £20 and the last entry is at 7pm to allow for scoring and totting up!

At 190 miles, Wainwright's coast to coast walk is one of the most popular long distance trails in Britain, and it comes right through our little town of Osmotherley.

Starting by the Irish Sea at St. Bees Head, it winds its way across Northern England to the North Sea shoreline at Robin Hood's Bay. It passes through three National Parks, The Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales and the North York Moors, and miles of spectacular landscapes.

If you’re planning to walk all or part of the trail, make sure you plan to stop for refreshments with us on the way through!

Some of our customers grab one of our sandwiches on their way to work each day, others pack them in a picnic when they’re heading for a day out, and some of our customers buy a paper and a sandwich for a relaxing lunch at home. They’re also very popular with walkers on the coast-to-coast trail who love stopping in for some sandwiches to keep their legs fuelled up for the footpaths that lie ahead!
