I AM POSTING THIS ON BEHALF OF A RESIDENT WHO WOULD LIKE TO REMAIN ANONYMOUS.

Good day, Nansledan.

On Friday evening, 21 August, there was a very nasty incident in Nansledan involving an older woman and three youths on bikes. The boys’ anti-social behaviour has been reported to the police, but positive identification is needed before they can act. The victim does not want to be identified, being wary of repercussions, but she would be grateful if anyone with doorbell footage of the incident could send it to the administrator of this page, to be forwarded to her.

The incident started at Stret Galahad shortly after 6.10pm and played out along the route shown below, finishing about 6.30/6.40pm in Stret Kosti Veur Woles. It was loud, hostile and their language was foul. She would be particularly grateful for any visuals of her being filmed by one of the youths (area marked A) and his later attempt at intimidation by riding down Stret Kosti Veur Woles, on the wrong side of the road, straight towards her parked car, only swerving at the last minute (marked B).

This request is not intended to involve others, worry residents or incite vigilantism, but for the victim to be enabled to use the lawful process to show these youths their actions have consequences.

Thank you.
