We'd like to give our customers and supporters an update on our recent fund raising appeal. We raised £2, 111 on Go Fund Me, as well as receiving £100 in direct cash donations in the shop.
We also received a Community Grant from the Parish Council, for which we extend our thanks. We are now in the final stages of (hopefully!) receiving Listed Building Consent from the Council to replace our front door. Your generous donations have enabled us to protect the fabric of this historic building in the centre of our village. We can't thank you enough!
Special thanks, too, to Ian Taylor-Lynch, who generously enabled us to adapt his architect drawings and took all the required measurements. It truly feels like a whole village effort, and demonstrates what a fantastic community we live in here ❤️
