Join us for a flavour-filled evening of Spanish dishes and paired wines at the cosy, characterful Old Neighbourhood Restaurant in Chalford.

We’re shining a spotlight on one of France’s most exciting wine regions, celebrating the elegant diversity of Alsace’s signature grapes — from crisp Riesling and aromatic Gewürztraminer to creamy Crémant and refined Pinot Noir.

To mark the occasion, we have a Pop-Up Tasting – Saturday 16th August, 11am–3pm Join us in-store to sample some of our featured Alsace wines — no booking needed!

We've also handpicked three outstanding bottles that showcase the very best of Alsace:

🍾 Cave de Turckheim MAYERLING Brut Crémant d'Alsace NV
Gently aromatic with fresh apple-scented fruit and a fine mousse. Creamy texture from lees ageing and a refreshing zing of acidity on the finish.

🌼 Famille Hugel Gentil 2022
A brilliant intro to Alsace, blending all the noble white varietals. Aromatic, spicy, elegant and perfectly balanced — it’s everything Alsace in a single glass.

🍒 Cave de Ribeauvillé Pinot Noir 2019
Silky, structured and complex, with black cherry and vanilla on the nose. Organically grown, hand-harvested grapes from Alsace’s finest slopes.
